Concordis International News Update
First a few general comments about our work that may serve as a reminder for those who know us well and to help ‘newcomers’ to know us better. In these difficult times, our efforts to keep costs to a minimum are helping us to remain viable. Our main purpose is to work with conflict-affected societies to build consensus with a view to creating sustained peace and stability. The work emphasizes the importance of healthy relationships between individuals and communities and our low-key, patient, pragmatic approach to “research-based unofficial diplomacy” is non-partisan, being founded on values such as equity, service, justice and respect.
Our team is doing very well. We now have all of our members of staff in place in our Sudan offices in Juba and Khartoum. However, we are still continuing our search for a senior programme manager for our head office in Cambridge.
