Sudan Organisation for Non-Violence and Development

National Peace and Reconciliation Forum

Social and Human Development Consultancy Group (SAHDCG) The National Peace and Reconciliation Forum is a Sudanese initiative designed to ensure the promote peace and reconciliation in Sudan. The initiative grew out of a consultation organised by Concordis International that took place May 25th-27th 2009 in Nairobi, Kenya, where participants achieved a level of consensus on a number of pertinent issues. Supporting the Eastern Sudan Peace Agreement

Sudan Inter-Religious Council Concordis International is supporting the Sudan Inter-Religious Council (SIRC) to facilitate regional workshops and a national conference to assist existing inter-religious committees and other community leaders engage with policy issues pertaining to implementation of the Eastern Sudan Peace Agreement. There remains an urgent need to build a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace in East Sudan that works for all the peoples of the region. Cross-Border Relationships Project

Center for Peace and Development Studies, University of Juba Concordis International is working with the Center for Peace and Development Studies at the University of Juba to support the stability of Sudan. The Cross-Border Relations Project aims to develop a body of knowledge regarding the management of sustainable, peaceful cross-border relations and make this available to Sudanese policy makers an opinion leaders from diverse social and political constituencies.
